We are two enthusiastic undergraduates of Mathematics and of Chemical Engineering, eager to share our knowledge and academic experiences. As young people, we bring with us our unique outlook and insights into the educational process, enabling deeper understanding and connection with your child's experience.
I took all the selective school examinations in the West Midlands scoring exceptionally in King Edward's School Edgbaston exam, where I achieved a Foundation Scholarship and attended from the age of 11. I received A* grades in Physics, Mathematics and Further Mathematics at A-Level. I am currently an undergraduate at the University of Birmingham reading Mathematics and Business Management.
I have seen the profound effect that inquiry-focused tuition can have on a student. The right resources and a kind ear to answer all academic questions allow students to gain confidence in their problem-solving and reasoning abilities.
I attended King Edward VI School in Stratford Upon Avon where I achieved a full set of grade 9s at GCSE and a gold award in the senior maths challenge. After achieving A* grades in Maths, Chemistry and Biology I moved to the University of Birmingham where I now read Chemical Engineering.
I am an experienced educational leader, having worked as a lifeguard at a holiday camp and with Dorridge scouts. I tutored younger students at King Edward VI Stratford-Upon-Avon who appreciated my ability to simplify the complex demands of an exam into simple logical steps.
